I need to wake up at 6 AM to do my morning exercises …. just 1.5 hour earlier … and I can’t even do it!
Everyday for the past week, I’ve been setting up my alaram at 6, and never concious enough to turn it off, but i always do. And sitll, wake up at 8:30 :S
Urgh …. self-displicine … the hardest darn thing to do ….
