How to be an amazing barista.
How I did it: I just applied to be a barista and then started working as one. I loved it! I'm glad I just went for it. I knew that I wasn't going to make that much money, but I didn't care. I really enjoyed being a barista. I now have a new appreciation for coffee and the art of being a barista. The only down fall was that I was working at an espresso bar in a high-end retailer. Needless to say, there was pressure on sales. Anywho, still enjoyed the work.
Lessons & tips: Try to put your fears aside and just do it. I know that money can get in the way, but if you don't go for it, you may regret it. "You only regret the things you don't do"
