I’m so glad that I attended the class on how to examine one’s breasts today, because not only have I learned how to do the examinations, but I also feel inspired to do them. It was scary enough. (And whatever it is that my gynecologist does during the yearly check-up is a joke!) I learned that you should lie down on a blanket on the floor, bed, or couch, put a cushion under your shoulder/back, use body oil and your fingertips, and also, that it takes longer than I would have thought. Fifteen minutes or more, but then, it might get faster with practice. It was also recommended to do the examination not on just any day in the month, but on the 7th-12th day of one’s cycle, and stick to that… I’m setting a reminder now.

I’m going to attend a class on this, because honestly, I don’t know how to do it or rather, if I’m doing it right. The class is given by a feminist health center. They do all sorts of great things, this is one of them.

Done for November. I need to make it a habit.
KaliTime Camaralzman is drooling over Vladimir Kozlov. Hey, at least I'm honest...
Whether male or female, regardless of age, most humans have the potential to develop breast cancer. Screening and routine examinations can kick any possible diagnoses to the curb long before it becomes a threat.
I’m picking my day. The first of each month, I’m groping myself in the name of good health. ;)
