An old friend stopped by today, and I showed her my 43t list. She lives in the country, and the night skies are bursting with stars. She invited me to stay with her to stargaze. Will take her up on it!

I thought it would be nice to ast least start with a sunrise. I have a great place to see sunsets in Cleveland, but sunrises? Not so much. I’ve written to the local TV weather dude to get some advice on that. Hope to hear from him soon.
Early morning, 1:00 am on, on Tuesday 8/12 are the annual Perseid Meteor showers. Not sure I’ll be able to make it out of the city to someplace dark enough the really appreciate them though. We’ll see.

With someone who can tell me stuff properly. I’ve had loads of back and frontyard experiences which were really cool, with family members, but none which are for studying :)
So my boyfriend and I were in the hot tub the other night – and we ended up staying in there for 4 hours just looking at the stars and trying to point out constellations. It was amazing – and very romantic. Everyone should do this!
