I’ve recently started taking a multivitamin, 1000mg of vitamin C (which has significantly improved my skin), and a vitamin B complex. I haven’t missed a day since I began, 16 days ago. I’ve definitely formed a habit that I don’t see myself breaking for a long, long time.

i should just give up on this goal, but it is too important to not do, so maybe i will put this goal up after my number 1 goal is complete.
Monday—Took Zoloft, One-A-Day and Fish Oil Supplement.
Tuesday—Taking all three as we speak. Or, err.. type?
Wednesday—Today I forgot all three :[
Thursday—Took them all.
Friday—Only took Zoloft.
Saturday—Took all three.
