strengthen my psychic ability

I have always been able to pick up on peoples energy and in many cases feel their pain. And sometimes i can see auras but not all the time; and some people have a spiritual pressure so intense and heavy that I haven’t a hope of seeing it. I would just like to see it when I want to. I can see it when I connect with someone, I connect when they themselves are open with their soul, or at least that’s how I explain it. I can sometimes also tell when something bad is going to happen because a fog makes itself present.
I would just like to know how I can “practice” making my abilities stronger?

My family and I believe I have pyschic abilities but I’m not so sure. It just feels like it can’t happen to me. But one night I was at my kitchen table eating a bowl of cereal when I looked over at the microwave only to see a face sorta hovering in the glass part of my microwave. I was very freaked out and ran into my room. I had a very overwhelming feeling of dread and sadness. I went out of my room into the hall and I stopped right there I looked over at the drapes on the window and I started to sob. My mom came running over and asking me what was wrong, I was very stiff. I told my mom that my Aunt was going to die soon, everyone knew that my Aunt was sick in the hospital, but no one knew it was this terribly deadly. I then told her my dad was going to get hurt. 2 days later my Aunt died and a couple more days later my dad called from work saying that he shot himself in the thumb with a nail gun. There’s been many times were my sisters asked me what they were thinking of, I gave them a right answer when they didn’t even give me a hint. I have also encountered ghosts or spirits too. Its just like I can only see these spirits but I cannot communicate with them or anything like that. I also have that dream thing were you dream things and they come true. And last but not least, it feels like I can read peoples minds. I’ve had times were I say the same thing as one person and they say “Oh my gosh, thats exactly what was thinking.” When I “read a persons mind” I don’t just here it out loud, its just like I’m saying it my mind. I know that might sound retarted or something but thats kinda the only way I can explain it.

i tend to have dreams and wake up, then someone in that dream comes along and does something just like in the dream, or i dream of events that end up taking place. i dont know if this is just like…has nothing to do with my dreams, or if i have some psychic ability.
i also tend to be able to read what people are thinking, not like voices in my head or anything, but some things to me are just SO much more obvious than to other ppl. sometimes i say what people are about to with just looking at them. ive been told by alot of higher up people that i have abilities. i just dont know how to open up an read them, and clear my head.

I went to psychic school and learned Intuitive Energy Healing. It was totally awesome.

Get a deck of tarot cards
DNT do readings yet!!
Just look thru them, and make up stories from the pictures u see. Use your imagination!! Thats what strengthens psychic ability the most.
Concentrate on the ‘major’ cards (the booklet inside the pack will tell ya which ones they are), be open to feel feelings and keep them close to you.

DONT LET ANYONE ELSE TOUCH THEM until you are sure the cards have picked up your ‘vibes’ and that they are officially your cards. You will know when the time is right.
Carry them round with you wherever you go & put them under your pillow when u sleep.

Your sixth sense will wake up slowly and kick in when you familiarise yourself with your tarot cards, and then the fun begins.. ;)
