    I have been very lazy this past week. I haven’t been getting up early, I haven’t been going to bed earlier. I haven’t been doing any of the things I set as goals. Tomorrow I need to restart, and with a new goal. Find employment.

    holy cow this is the hardest thing ever! I’ve changed my wakeup habits of whenever to 8am, much earlier then it used to be, now I just need to add to more hours to my morning, I’m getting there.

    I woke up at 6am this morning when my alarm went off despite falling asleep after 2am. I stayed in bed until 6:30 though and then got up. But it felt good. I got everything done before noon and it gave me a lot of free time. Its funny I woke up at 6am on my day off and liked it.

    I have a lot of trouble sleeping. I also work at different hours everyday so my body can never have a schedule. I figure if a set a mandatory time for me to wake up, I can fall asleep easier and I won’t be so eager to push the snooze button. I can also use this time to run around the lake which is another one of my goals.

    i’ve been getting up at 6 everyday this week with a purpose.
    i bought a couple of bento boxes, and i’ve been making lunches for my boyfriend and myself while he’s in the shower each morning.
    by the time i’m done with that, i’m awake and going, so i don’t bother going back to bed.
    i can’t say it’s helping with my insomnia at all, but at least i’m getting up.
    i can’t wait for the weekend, though.

    i have insomnia, so i don’t sleep until 3 each night.

    i read an article on how if you wake up at the same time everyday you’ll feel more refreshed and less tired throughout the day.
    it talked about how if you sleep in on weekends it messes up your inner schedule and that’s part of why people are so tired on mondays.
    it says you can take naps during the day and that’s fine as long as you get up at the same time each day.
    my boyfriend started doing this, and he’s been feeling great.
    i have a harder time getting up in the morning because i have a harder time falling asleep.
    i’m an insomniac.
    part of me thinks if i can get up a 6 every morning it might help me get to sleep better each night, but i’m having the hardest time of it.
    i’ve got to figure this out.
