May your nest be a safe landing place, & always well stocked with books that you can read aloud to each other (apologies for the departure from species-appropriate wishes, but most metaphors do collapse at some point).

Two words that I would never associate with Hawkmeister, but since Flirt’s the one who came up with the goal I’ll just have to live with it.

So I did a quick google of “small discreet wedding” and came upon this interesting graphic by artist Ellen Forney. It brought a smile to my face and I thought that it might just be the kind of small discreet recognition that would be appropriate for this occasion. Then again the names in the tats are wrong, but I can’t help that.

Anywho, Hawk, may your future be bright together as you continue your journey down this path that has brought you to the point of union. May your paths continue to travel as one, and not have any detours along the way.
