I stay up pretty late and don’t eat breakfast so I think what’s causing this is my body wanting more calories/ a third meal…but being so hungry at night often leads to eating junk. So to combat this. I will eat breakfast at an earlier time and set a food cap. It will start off later in the night and will be gradually be worked back each week until I’m eating at 7:30-7:45 at the latest (I get out of crew at 7 and that’s dinner time.)Also going to bed earlier will prob help. So…this week no eating after 10…sounds really bad (as in who in the hell eats after 10) but its a start.

I think that this is the source of my newly forming double chin. I feel guilty every time I reach for the food and think of the shorts-wearing, midriff-bearing season coming up… but seeing that I have piles of homework to do every night I can’t help but keep my mouth busy as well. I’ll try to stay off the midnight snacks for two weeks and see how it goes.

I eat every night after dinner. I usually have a bowl of ice cream at 9 p.m. If I don’t have any ice cream, I’ll eat whatever is in the refrigerator. It’s such a nasty habit.
