    SLACKING OFF 15 months ago

    I HAVE BEEN SO BUSY WITH EVERYTHING THAT I HAVE BEEN SLACKCING OFFPLUS I WAS GOING THROUGH ALL KINDS OF DRAMA FROM A GUYI HAD LOST 20 POUNDS, I WAS KICKING BUTT…. I THINK THAT I MIGHT HAVE GAINED A LITTLE BACKI AM SO IRRITATED AT SHAWN.. ANYHOW I HAVE A NEW MAN IN MY LIFE AND HE SEEMS TO BE REALLY WONDERFUL AND HE LIKES ME THE WAY THAT I AM, BUT HE IS WILLING TO HELP ME CHANGE IF THAT IS WHAT I WANT TO DOLOL HE IS IN THE MILITARY AND BEFORE HE BECAME AN OFFICER HE WAS A DRILL SGT. HAHA SO HE WILL WORK ME OUT AND HE WILL BE GOOD AT ITI AM KINDA EXCITED ABOUT IT BC I KNOW THAT HE CAN PUSH ME FURTHER THAN I EVER THOUGHT I COULD GO AND WHEN MY MIND IS ON WORKING OUT AND I HAVE HIM THERE TO PUSH ME I WILL DEF GET BACK TO WHERE I WAS AT….

    Chem in a five week course 17 months ago

    Well, I was doing rather well at working out. Until i took a chem class in a short summer session… gained 5 pounds back… but now i am back down to what i was b4 last semester…. i am getting a cardio machine for home… so i can def make sure that i stay on the ball… maybe by next summer i will be able to put on a bathingsuit without feeling nasty about myself..

    Starting Monday, I am going to start walking and keeping a food diary… last Friday I had an out-patient procedure done… so lifting anything heavy or anything that is fun and will get you in shape is off limits lol until next Friday…. But i figure if I start with the basics the rest will come shortly after… I am excited to get this on the road… I want my old body back…..

    Used to have a great body 2 years ago

    I used to have a nicely ripped stomach, strong legs and arms… I think I need to get back into the swing of working out.. I need to work out like a little every day… Lots of cardio, gotta love the cardio. stay focused and motivated…
