I did gymnastics from when i was 6 til i was 12 then my club closed down, i have won many medals and have loads of certificates but since i left gymnastics i have become really unfit AND I HAVE PUT ON LOADS OF WEIGHT, ALL I WANT TO DO NOW IS GET FIT AGAIN and lose some weight as gymnastics is my dream. what do i do next?

I used to do back tucks and back hand springs and everything. and I was on the high school Gymnastics team. and then I had such a bad experience on the team, that I never kept up with it, and now I’m afraid to even try a back handspring lately. I’d like to pick up again, and be flexible in limber like I used to be. :)
