So the plan is 1) look up local travel agencies 2) make brochures for our program.
Specific enough. I will get them done by the end of next week. (July 27th)
I got a mentor who’s experienced in marketing. She is very nice. I cannot wait to learn from her and start doing marketing for my travel business.
I went to a travel meet-up tonight in the hope to learn something about the travel business, but the meet-up turned out to be disappointing.
However, I am glad I went, at lease I am taking baby steps to reach my goal.
1.learn about the business(books,meetings,internet and professional organizations)
2.find a mentor/partner type of person
3.number’s game
4.visit the destination
5.have 10 costumers by the end of 2007
6.systemization the business for the boom in 2008
