be happy being alone

Well I seem to have taken a step back today (well last night). It isn’t that I am sad to be alone…I don’t want to get into a new relationship. I am just sad that my ex isn’t here. I miss him.

I stayed home from work because I could barely open my eyes this morning from crying and my head was throbbing.

I am resting today. Refocusing on myself. Onward…

I need to be happy being alone. I am really all I have. My comfort should really only need to come from me.
