I’m seeing this as not so much about doing nothing as it is about doing things more efficiently so I do less of them or choosing to have time to do things like lie in my hammock and read rather then wash dishes or clean house.
I want to learn to be able to relax without thinking about all the things I ‘should’ be doing instead.

This is the easiest goal ever! I’m going to mark it complete. All I’ve got to do is to lie on the couch, with a movie playing, and something to snack on. It’s relaxing. Definitely a must item on to do list for a busy stressed out person at least once in a while.

I decided to do nothing this Saturday morning, baked an eggplant in the oven, cooked some tomato soup, sat in bed with my dear diary and just wrote whatever came to mind. I felt more relaxed afterwards.

I suspect I might accomplish more by being lazy.
I find that if i be lazy just once i fall in to a rut & nothing get done for ages. Which is not good.

I suppose there are different degrees of laziness. Let me laze around while I meditate on this.
All I’m really up for is laying around my apartment and relaxing.
My legs hurt from all the dancing, and my bad right shoulder is a bit sore from partially dislocating it twice (being used to this sort of thing, I got it back in easily. The buzz I had going helped).
Add miscellaneous bruises, drinking a little too much, shouting myself hoarse from cheering all the bands, and some temporary hearing loss (I swear I’m wearing ear plugs to the next show I go to) ... yeah, this is a lock.
