yesterday i ran 2km and played wii for 2 hours. i ate cereal for breakfast, an apple, some cucumber, cheese and crackers for lunch and i don’t think i ate a dinner since i went to sleep early due to being tired from all of the physical activity.
i woke up this morning really sore, but it’s worth it. i ran 1/2km so far today. i ate cheese, crackers and cucumber and a granola bar. i also ate some chocolate kisses, which really has to stop. i’m like addicted to chocolate this winter. it’s so weird.
i’ve been drinking a lot water as well and i feel a lot better not so much diet pop.

im gonna try this once again for the new year. i finally have a free gym i can go to whenever i want and classes i can do that would keep me motivated. im also gonna try to use the discovery health fitness challenge to track my goals. i’ve also created a punishment: if i dont lose at least 40 lbs by april 26, 2008 (my birthday) i am going to put up a pic i took of my stomach from the side and the front as my facebook and myspace profile. im nervous but its gonna happen.

I finally started going back to the gym 3-5 days a week a little over a year ago. Man, working out gives me such a high that drugs or alcohol can not touch it. I am now 5’8” 225 lbs with a 34 inch waist. Totally worth it. It is hard at first but quickly becomes routine if you allow it to.

After beeing diagnosed diabetes, and beeng over weight and un sexy i decided to enter a diet with a nutricionist, and it worked wonders.. !!

I have been trying to Eat healthy and Exercise daily. It seems when i get a system of doing things something gets messed up. My Schedule get moved around and I can’t keep up with my ever changing life. I hate it. I wish i could find some way to exercise and eat right even when I have a busy day or my schedule changes.

i always say i am going to eat right and exercise regularly, but like i ever come through on it. I have faith in myself now to accomplish this. For me its just mindpower i have to overcome the cookie calling my name and reach for the carrot instead. I am going to start tomorrow, maybe i can pull it off this time…. i know i can

gosh, how many times have i tried to do this! i try to eat healthy and exercuse daily all the time, make roitiens and never stick to them… bleh… i really need to have an insentive. well now i have, im going to see the foo fighters in december, and you never know who might bump into! so i need to look guuud, and only way i can do that is to loose around 10 pounds, so i’d better get eating well and exercising alot more!!
man, i need some cheers on this one!
