How I did it: Twin Peaks was a ground breaking series that aired in 1990-91. I had a personal connection to the show since I was in the series as an extra in season 2, but had never actually watched the show when it was broadcast (I spent the whole summer in Europe that year). Of course my mom watched the show and that’s how she discovered that I was smoking at that time.Anyways, to make a long story short I never did watch the series and then 19 years… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I ordered season 2 off of ebay for 15 bucks, and I watched it. About halfway through it gets really redundant and annoying, but I trudged through. The last 3 episodes are amazing! Totally worth it! Now I just need to watch the movie "Fire, Walk With Me" Read how I did it…

Anyways, to make a long story short I never did watch the series and then 19 years later, I decided to rent the DVDs from Netflix and watch them with my kids. Of course I knew some of the story, but it’s quite a different thing to see the finished work as opposed to the small pieces you actually shoot when you are on set. I enjoyed watching all the episodes with my teenage boys and they were quite amazed to see me on TV with my long hair back then. Before the X-files and other similar shows, David Lynch created this unique series that led the way.
Done with the first season. Holy CRAP is this good. Why was I a Lynch fan who never watched this??
TVshowsonDVD.com is reporting that Season Two will be released on DVD on April 10, 2007.
This is really the only thing I regret missing. Time to make up for lost time.
I watched every episode on VHS several years ago. I would like to watch the series again—this time on DVD, but I want to make sure I will be able to watch the Pilot and Season 2.
Lissi is not looking forward to today
I have watched the first season and the two movie DVD’s (Pilot Episode and FWWM) but cannot complete this goal until Season 2 is released. If it is ever released, I will complete this goal.
unfortunately, i hated the movie. bummer. still, the man (don’t want to spoil it for you who haven’t seen the end of the season) crawling over the couch made my sister and i scream for a solid minute. unforgetable.
I’m assuming you mean the first season – as far as I know, the second isn’t out on DVD at all. I watched the first season then skipped to the movie, which was fine. Someday I’ll have to see the second season.
