    SHAM is basically about the Self-Help and Actualization Movement, and how it is damaging people.

    What I love most about 43things is that there is no One Way, no Method, no Icon, and no Avatar. I think people on this site are a bit more insulated from the general public from the nonsense espoused by the self-help gurus.
