I’m at 28’‘waist, 42’‘hips 34% Body fat gross I know ;) I used to have a 24’’ waist (really flabby) & 36’’ hips …. My resting metabolic rate burns 1250 calories

ido,nt know ido,nt see it a hard thing but my problem is ido,nt have time for it beside it,s winter and it,s hard to go to the gym . ihope that i,d make a progress at the next summer

Well I’m not sure how you define perfect, but I have the exact body I’ve wanted throughout all of high school. Abs, pecs, shoulders, arms. I went to the gym an hour a day, every day, and lifted weights as hard as I could for four years of college. I ran, I dieted, I put off social relationships to get the body I wanted.
Was it worth it? Yes. Every bit of yes. It was probably the biggest greatest accomplishment of my life. I wake up in the morning and look forward to seeing my self in the mirror (vanity is a side effect).
i’ve been attending to the gym for almost a month now..(i used to go back in march and i managed to go for 2 straight months and results were not AS good..) but now im determined!! 30mins treadmill 45 mins weight lifting and sumtimes 30 mins of indoor cycling..having reduced my meals to 4 per day..mostly toasted cheese and ham sandwich and strawberry juice..i think this time ill make it..oh and 550 abs per day..3/4 of them lower abs…I HAVE TO GET THE BODY I WAAAANT FOR THIS SUMMER (Deceember here where im from..)!so HELP ME OUT WITH any tips..im quite fit actually..mean im not fat or anything i just want to have a PERFECT body!
To be honest I don’t believe there is a perfect body.
Some people seem to believe that there is such thing… Well if there is how would you define it? A body all guys like… Big boobs, flat stomach, firm legs and arms?
I think that is quite ridiculous as people (like men or women in some cases) don’t think every body is perfect. My friend for example is a larger dress size than me and has quite a bit of weight on her. Shes happily in love and now engaged.
People may want there bodies to be different like thinner or curvier, but we are born with these bodies and it most likely won’t change your status’s if you have it changed.
If there is such thing as a perfect body mine would be a healthy one which i have learnt to live with. Im still in my teens and still growing, sometimes im not entirely happy with my body, but i am healthy and happy. I eat what i like but make sure i eat healthily and exercise and that seems to keep me in fair form.
