hnteacher is working out!
I have suffered from headaches since I was a little kid. I have recently tried chiropractic & massage therapy to help reduce stress and possibly the headaches. I haven’t been as consistent as I would have liked, but this summer I’m working on that. I have a massage set up for next week.
I have also been taking something called Migravent that has Magnesium, Riboflavin, Feverfew and Butterbur. I’m supposed to take it 3 times a day for 6 months until it builds up in my system. After that, I should be able to stop taking it, and if my headaches return, I can start taking it again. It’s all natural vitamin supplements, and I feel better about taking more of that than taking Relpax when I get a headache.
Maybe this summer, I’ll try acupuncture, too. But I’m afraid of needles, so I’m going to try being consistent with the other treatments first then see if I need to do more. Any ideas out there?
