I’ve taken the Book 6 and put a new goal: Read all the series, including “HP & Deathly Hallows”, “Quidditch through the Ages” and whatever others I find.
The original goal is DONE. :)
And Book 6 is Done, too, but see the entry to the new goal.

Over the weekends, the fifth book, the thickest one, was also read. This one, unlike the previous four, I haven’t read before—so was quite interesting, albeit a bit sad during the first half. But second half has compensated for this!
Now a bit smaller book, Number 6. The last in this task.
Funnily enough, Number 7 pre-orders are already being accepted by Tesco.
2 days ago I have finished this one, as well.
Started reading the Number 5 (could be the biggest one, 766 pages!) and have already gone halfways.
This is a very good resource to read all things Harry Potter. Caution: you might spend a few hours there if not watching your time.
If everything goes as planned I will move a lamp to an area that I can read in and I will start book one. I like having a lamp behind me as I read and be in a nice soft chair. Limits my reading time but that is how I like to do it. :)
Well, this one was much easier, as I had weekends. The books grow in size as you go, so it requires kinda more time. Yet here it is – on Saturday night I’ve finished it, too :)
The text just comes in naturally, I don’t think what language is it in. Book 4 will be 600+ pages, but never mind – the closer I come to an end of known zone, the more is excitement!
Started book 4 now.
It’s another March and I have revived this commitment.
I have time till July when Book 7 and the last is supposed to come to the bookstores.
Considering my vastly improved everyday English it was not a problem to finish it during weekends :)
On we go to the Third book. Can’t wait when I get to Book Five which I never managed to read in whatever language.
I really should mark this as failed but since I don’t think I can I will just wait until I read all 6 before the 7th book comes out. :)
Then I will mark it as done. ;)
- Done in March, I’ve just forgot to mark it then.
When there’s nothing to do, it’s very easy to do it. Just start… and you emerge in five, six hours or so, having completed the whole book!
The language in which a book is written doesn’t matter to me anymore - I can read both English AND Russian books quickly, - as soon as I’m obviously developing “meta-language” information acquisition.
