We’ve been in our new house for over 6 months now and I’m ready to paint! The master bedroom is a dull moss green and dull purple now. I want a happy green wall behind the bed and a soft neutral on the rest. Behr’s Scotland Isle has been talking to me. We’ll see if it convinces me to put it on the wall.

i painted my bedroom green and is really worth it, but now i dont know with wich colors mix up. lots of white? and some black?
My roomate and I finally painted the bedroom green. A fresh minty lovely green. Previously the walls had been a dingy light blue with marks all over. It is so nice now. I recommended it to everyone. Very therapeutic.
It was a wonderful enlivening, jungle, fresh garden green that made me feel happy ,and I woke up every morning and smiled. :) Definitely recommend it
Now that I am in an apartment this is not going to happen.
Maybe some day but not now.
Okay, so. My current bedroom has two orange walls and two yellow walls, however, I’m moving in about a week (!). My new bedroom is non-existant at the moment, but eventually it’ll be half of the garage in the basement, which is pretty sweet. I’m thinking of painting three walls kelly green, like whoaaa greeeeennn, and then leaving the biggest wall white with the heart on the cover of One by One by the Foo Fighters painted hugeeee and in black. The little nook for my guitars (a 3’ by 4’ cubbyhole thing between pop-out closet and corner) will be a decoupage (spelling…?) of sheet music.
Any thoughts…?
My room is the same as it was when I moved in long ago. The wall paper, more just lines of paper not a full wall, is the only thing that has changed. Now it is falling off the wall in a few spots. haha
