get my tummy flat again

So I already lost some pounds, but found out losing weight isn’t everything. It’s also all about getting more in shape and the muscles….
I actually lost the piercing, don’t ask me why, but it did help with losing the weight. Just not so focused on having a flat tummy with a piercing. So now I’m up to exercising and doing a lot of tummy crunches until i get the flat stomach.

Well it’s been 10 years since my tummy has been nice and flat. I have a navelpiercing that hasn’t seen light in a long time. I would like a flat and a bit muscly tummy by summer

...When I was in high school…my belly was really flat…wich was because I was in volleybal, dancing class, & Gymnastics….& now I eat too mcuh Pizza…My body isnt the very skinni type…My tummy is But My legs are kinda very mcuh widened…as for my tummy….Lets get started…Actually this month I just lost about 4inches (Tummy area)...Well….Il let youknow how it goes ASAP…..TC

being ill has made me gain weight, with having no energy all i do is sleep. i don’t have an over-eating problem i just have no energy to get out and MOVE. i really want to be back in shape and feel confident in myself again.

hopefully when the doctors figure out what’s wrong i can be healed and start exercising more.
