I’ve been under 125 for about a week now. It’s been a long haul of watching what goes into my mouth and increased working out/general exercise, but I am loving my new slink! I think if I stay down for a month I will remove this from my list.
starting off at 165…i want to be 155 by monday. i think a lot of it is due to my period.
I finally broke through the 128-129 lb. plateau and the scales show 126.5 this morning! I know I’m totally dehydrated and I will probably only weigh this much for 2 minutes, but it’s progress!
I’ve lost 15 pounds since June 1. I want to get that final five pounds off by the end of September.

I’m down to 133, only 8 more to go. So far today I’ve had some oatmeal, a fruit cup, and some crackers. And I ran at the gym. Gotta keep it up!

Today I’ve eaten 510 calories and done situps and pushups. I’m planning on running at least a mile and eating as little as keeps the hunger away.
