I saw this goal, and read the entries, and I must say I’m quite entertained.
That being said, I do agree with everyone else: I hope no one thinks that this is something that they should actually TRY to accomplish. And even if you’re not trying, I hope you don’t encounter a situation where such a “goal” would be necessary.
But anyway, I had to be driven away in an ambulance twice this past semester…more times than I ever cared to be taken to the hospital in my life, ever. I hate the hospital, I personally have never had any happy experience (e.g. witnessing the arrival of a new baby) in one. First I injured my wrist (my right hand, and it drove me crazy), then I fell down the stairs and injured my ankle about two months later…yes, it was quite an experience, this past semester.

It means illness, accident, death…?
These things happen on their own, and usually it’s not something one would wish.
Yes – it’s “dramatic”, it’s “exciting”...
it’s expensive, and it’s usually because something awful has happened.
Pick a positive goal.
My two cents.

i had surgery on my kidney, they sent me home an hour later, woke up the next morning screaming like an infant that was just born… got rushed to boston hospital which was 20 miles away in an ambluence… no sirens or lights
=( there should have been tho,, i was in a lot of pain. got lots of morphine. other than that it sucked

It was fun. They gave me gas or something like that, the ambulance guy was cute, and the sirens were on.
I don’t reccomend purposely trying to ride in one though.

I was hit by a car in kindergarten. No serious injuries, thankfully.

Taylor is trying to juggle two house payments.
Several years ago my wife and I went to a bunch of open houses on a Sunday afternoon. I don’t know if it was the prospect of wanting a house when I knew our finances were too screwed up to buy one, or whether it was some bad eggs and green peppers I had for breakfast. But I do know I went vasovagal in the grocery store, and couldn’t stand up. So the ambo came and I went to the ER for some IV fluids and embarrassment.

So the student EMS took me away in an ambulance. I don’t think they had the siren on though! I just felt dorky, actually, and self conscious riding in it – although I was massively dizzy.

My baby nearly died after my partner accidentally dropped him down the stairs. The journey in the ambulance, seeing him with a completely deformed head, unconscious and barely able to breathe, will stay with me for the rest of my life.

Lost count on this one, let me think … twice when I smashed my leg up, once in Singapore, once in London and at least 4 times in the last 12 months.
Not good and certainly nothing to be proud of … but if you gonna do it … then make sure you get the sirens and lights cos otherwise it’s not a real trip in an ambulance.
This is definetly NOT WORTH IT although I did meet a very very funny nurse once but thats another story !!
And DOUBLE NOT WORTH IT in Singapore cos the trolley was not strapped securely and when we went round a corner fast the trolly swung across to the other side of the vehicle and I smashed my head on the side. Still got the scar to prove it.
