How I did it: Well I can't say that I actually drink water lol, but close enough to me. I pretty much only drink crystal lite now, which I will call a substitute for water. It's only like 5 calories, so to me I consider it water, which is close enough lol. Read how I did it…

welp, i’m now in the habit of drinking one glass of water first thing as soon as i wake up every morning. Should prob drink more during the day, but i’ll work on this.
Oh yeah, i’ve sometimes filled glass with half fruit juice and half water, helps the taste (or lack of) factor.

this is up to number one, because it keeps me healthy and gives me energy, and without energy and health, i can’t really get to far on any of my other goals!
Seems simple enough, but if I had to list it, I clearly challenged here. When I’m thirsty, not that hard. Not thirsty often enough to bother drinking as much as I should. Many days go by where I don’t drink any straight water. Sometimes I’ll have a glass at the end of the day because I become aware that I haven’t had any all day. Pretty sad, but here I go.

Easier said than done. But I’m really on top of this one at the moment. I just hope my motivation carries me through to keep up what I started.

Well I have been putting this off, but I think its because in the back of my mind I know I do not want to drink water out of the faucet. I think that if I get one of those pur pitchers or something I’ll be able to start drinking more water. I just think that water out of the faucet is so disgusting.

I already got the first part out of the way…to stop drinking soda…but now I just have to start drinking water. I think that this week I’ll drink one glass a day…and then every week after that increase it. That is the only way it is going to work for me because I HATE water! I know that is bad lol. I’m trying tho! =]
Water is essential for everything!!!! I used to be a caffeine FIEND. But little by little I cut out the soda, and now I drink 100 oz of water a day. Its hard at first, but u get used to it after a while.
