I’ve noticed this is becoming harder and harder the closer I’m getting to the goal – caught myself a few times last night thinking “I’m almost at 154lbs so I can relax and eat what I want”.
Had a packet of Haribo Halloween mix (800 calories!), but was glad I talked myself out of a McDonalds drive thru later on. Still just on budget for my daily calories even with the Haribo. 19 months ago
Was away for a few days, diet and alcohol consumption not great. New weight is 161.8lbs. Restarting tracking my calories on my “Noom” app daily :) 19 months ago
4lbs to go! This is the lightest I’ve been in a year, I’m now officially (in terms of BMI) not in the “overweight” category!
Got to say that counting my calories is doing wonders, I’m usually maxing out about 2,000 calories a day (although I have bad days, but I also have days closer to 1,600) 20 months ago
Completed a sub goal of 161lbs today (11.5 stone)
Have been eating really healthily and keeping track of my calories with the “Noom” app on my phone. Hoping to shed another 7lbs and get down to 11 stone soon. :) 21 months ago

Getting back into cycling, ran a half marathon distance last weekend as well. Also got a heart rate monitor to help me with my training zones :) 23 months ago
Been at a music festival (Rockness – on the banks of the famous Loch Ness) and have put on a few pounds.
