i’m not sure what the easiest way is to remember family members’ birthdays. it just comes natural to me.. but what i tend to do is relate a person’s birthday w/ another birthday that you definitely know.. you can also try to just memorize the numbers that correspond to the month and day, and relate that to some other significant date or event. when all else fails, input their birthday as a reminder on your cell phone’s calendar.
People doing this are also doing these things:

My oldest daughter. Rachael had her 23rd birthday yesterday, on 23 April. I am very proud of her.
I remembered it was this week, just not the exact date…I did remember the card, though!
Remember….R-E-M-E-M-B-E-R !!!
His birthday is on the 28th of October…is getting closer….remember, remember !!! You already missed Roni’s birthday (your best friend)....isn’t that enough ?
to my aunt. O.K. it was an e-card, but I remembered nonetheless. Yesterday I found my old appointment book from ages ago with my entire family’s birthdays listed in the back. I had names listed in there that I have no idea who they are. I also came across birth announcements my cousins sent me for their kids. I added them to the list.
I remember all of them, really all of them, every single one.
My problem is that as the b-day comes closer and closer, i’m so busy with work, life and every possible thing on the way, that i just totally forget about it. Or, worst, i remember it when it’s just too late to do, buy or celebrate something.
So, ok, i wrote every single important and relevant birthday on my outlook…let’s hope it helps :)
