Well, I am losing some weight. Trick is, I guess, to work out so the weight goes away in the right places. Cannot forfeit muscle!
Well, I am losing some weight. Trick is, I guess, to work out so the weight goes away in the right places. Cannot forfeit muscle!
It seems that meeting this goal has to do with exercise and eating healthily. There must be certain exercise which would really help to meet this goal.
