This entry is based on a book by Iyanla Vanzant. If you read it, you will understand totally. It compares where you are emotionally and spiritually in your life to the levels of a house. Some people are in the basement, some have progressed higher and are up on the upper floors.

Some days, I feel awesome, not a care in the world and then .. some days I feel that I am back down in the basement, and my actions show it. Digging out, crawling up, working my way out of that basement is tough, but worth it.
