We worked really hard and put together a full history of the car online (through one of my domains), complete with kelly blue book, carfax, and mileage and then posted it in the paper with the price, model, and URL to the info. We knocked off $185 for the cracked windshield and came up with a price of $1,120 (can you believe it!?).
We no sooner had signs on the dash (facing the woods of all brilliant places) than we had someone calling up to buy it. It went within a day! Happily it has a new home and that’s one more moving task off our list.
If you ever need to sell a car take a look at: carbuyingtips.com and if you have access to a website post as much information and photos as you can online. It’s a huge time saver. :D
