do well on the lsat

no so good on the first go-round. i studied for months and rendered sub-par results. wtf?? hopefully the decemeber test will turn out in my favor. study study study time!!

I got a 148 on my first diagnostic LSAT the first day of my LSAT prep class (with no preparation). After taking the class, I made a 145… WTF?! I was better of sticking to my own way of doing it… I think the class method is too chaotic… it throws off my rhythm from cool, calm & collected – to frantic, desperate & scattered. I left over 20 answers unanswered the first time and still got a higher score than the second time (none were left unanswered). Crazy. I recommend buying study aids and figuring out a personal way of doing approaching the test (which works for you). I’m am grateful that my university’s law school sponsored me to take the class and receive the books for free. Otherwise, I am positive I couldn’t afford the materials necessary until September. I take the test in October. Wish me luck!!

Studied v. hard for about three months before the test. I wholly attribute missing only ONE question in the Logic Games section to Powercore. Best prep book ever.

its done! now I just have to wait three weeks for scores…

The LSAT is in the morning. I’m going to bed at 11, waking up at 7, being at the law school no later than 8:30, and taking it.
I really should have studied more, but its all thinking, right? and I did well on the practice.

I studied my ass off… for about a month. I highly recommend Kaplan. I didn’t take the course this time, but I used their book and CD. It was well worth it. Good luck.

I definitely want to do well. I’m taking an lsat course now that previous attempts have not gotten me anywhere. So far it seems revealing. If nothing else, it’s fun.

Results come out Tuesday.. then I get to decide if it is
good enough
i need to take it again
or if its time to start studying for the LSAT.
