alas no romance was to be had. However that did not stop some passion spilling over, dry old familar nothingness. But the Autumn is here and the scent is in the air. Nothing wrong with a little help from the “love thy self” brigade…..... keep it all locked up here. It ok to lead a celibarate life, but what when the time comes for human intimacy…..what will be the answer…..?

Does one have to wait for summer ? i dont know. I would suggest not, romance can happen any time.
What I have discovered is….I am not ready to fall in love, and dont want to share all the parts of my life with another, yet. However, I am open to getting to know another without the need of finality, and the hopeless absorbtion that can engulf the incomplete identity.
First is the issue of romance. Much is directed by hollywoods perception. What does it truely mean to ex[erience romance ? Self help literture argues one can have the romantic exp. on ones own. therefore thats what Im going to do. I am going to put a concerted effort to romance myself. Hopeful I will discover what I like and love. All be it chessey I am going to initate the experiment with a hollywood cliche, and go from there. As the idea builds why not use the expereince to discover the cultural exp. .And learn how diff. cult. experience romance, and try them out. One a month, thats 12 a year. Being the first week free after New Years. Plan a walk along a beach, champagne and full moon ? (I may have missed it by a 6 days) and …? a nude swim ?

Romance, love and lust. What do we most desire. I know love and initmacy. do I want that level of intimacy or will I be satisfied with a hot lusty encounter or so I want the crush and fantasy that is within the self ? All are very distracting.

It could hurt.

I am currently in a Summer Romance. He’s back in his hometown right now, but he’s coming back soon. He also visits during Fall. While he’s gone, I try and fill in my time. It’s kind of hard to forget about him. We still text, communicate… blah blah. Whenever he’s gone, I think about his kisses, and how we spent Summer Nights together. Sometimes, summer romances could possibly turn into love. I never thought of that until my sister told me. Perhaps this is something more?? Summer romances can last a lifetime, so I say go for it!

well in my eyes i’ve had 2 summer romances.
well one was in spring
my long distance love came down and we hung out with our friends and went through the countryside in the sun and it was really fun!! but it didn’t work out in the end….but we’re great friends now.
2nd time, first of september, went to the fair met this boy, he said ‘he loved me’ and we kissed alot, but he lived a long while away from me, and what happened after that night? he never texted or called me now im not a thought in his mind. heartbroken.
well its worth it…but you can risk getting badly hurt.
