Dress Up as a Spartan Warrior

I would like to dress as a Spartan warrior for next Halloween (2010)

I’m 36 years old, 6’2” and I weight around 220 lbs. I would like to lose 30lbs of fat, and put some muscle. A six pack is mandatory, or at least, well defined abs.

I have a giant 300 movie poster on the wall next to my bed. I will start putting my costume together very soon: however at the moment, every task has to be postponed to “after ipt exam”. Should go and study now.
