I so much want to get into bikinis and feel confident this summer! I still have time I suppose, I want lose 20 pounds and exercise. I started walking and exercisings, I do eat healthy except for sugar. But I think I am addcited to sugar! I eat sweets everyday!! Cakes, biscuits, chocolate, whatever I can find! And I feel guilty afterwards. :( This has to stop!! I do look healthy and fit but still I do not have a “bikini worthy body”. And I admit that I have a jellybelly after two births anyway. I need help to get motivated, exercise more, sleep more, and stop eating sugary snacks. 16 months ago

I think it’s working. My body has changed and coming in shape already. I feel sooo good. Hopefully I can wear a bikini on that day. 16 months ago
Right now I am running and doing some exercises. I am going to Jamberoo (water fun park) a day before my birthday. I want to be able to wear a bikini (which I always wanted to( on that day. I know I wont have a WOW body till then but still want a bikini wearable body.
