Going to gym...massages this week to calm my body.... 1 week ago

Don’t want to overdo it with gym, so I need to do only 3 or 4 aerobic classes per week & combined with relaxing & calming yoga.

Needing sleep & to do more toning at home with stretches.

Also, camg to balance out hormones etc.

Balanced diet & caring & loving my body in all ways…councelling for the food/body image if I can, otherwise just visits to the naturopath & the massage therapist regularly with the flower essences.

I looked at bikinis in Country Road yesterday. Nice styles, but most likely at City Beach with more vibrant coloured bikini styles.

I love my body as it is...............I allow it to heal & balance out beautifully :) 3 weeks ago

I wasn’t happy with my body yesterday when I put on some nighty shorts & a singlet. I just didn’t feel vibrant & toned. It did make me more positive though to actually wear shorts & to feel more motivated to exercise & to love my body more & to treat it with love…

I was looking at pictures of supermodels like Giselle Bunchin etc & Miranda Kerr. Although these beautifully tall goddess like women look fantastic in the advertisements, in real life it is unattainable to be like that because they are so incredibly tall. I was reading that this height for a female in the supermodel industry is actually an imbalance in the testosterone levels which makes them tall with broad guy like shoulders, with a very athletic figue. Whereas most women are petite and around the 156cm to 170cm height, 170cm being even quite tall. I don’t know but sometimes I feel I need to be taller, as if this has something to do with success ??????? Hmmmm. Not sure if this is because of the modelling industry & the fashion industry setting ‘unrealistic standards’ of perfection & heights ?

Anyways, I am releasing this height ‘issue’ to God & the Universe. There are such beautiful ‘small’ women too ! No matter what size or height. Beauty exudes from within & from the spirit. I know this, because when I am more spiritually connected I feel more attractive despite outer appearances & it shows & shines outward to others…I stopped buying glossy magazines a long time ago now, not only because of the negative imaging/airbrushing but also due to the advertising & the usage of paper to make the magazines. I just don’t believe that the model industry is for the highest good of all.

Started gym last saturday morning... 1 month ago

Have only been walking a few times since resigning up for gym !

I am going again tonight. I really need to feel confident in my body & feel happy how it feels & be able to wear skirts, shorts, dresses again. It isn’t that I don’t fit into them, it is more a sense of ‘toning’ & feeling confident & loving my body as it is & just maintaining my health & vibrancy.

I have been working so much so lately that my energy levels have decreased, & having sprained my foot. So back to gym, toning, yoga, feeling positive in my body & being able to put on the clothes that I love to wear too.

  • I love & approve of my body. It is beautiful in all ways.

Bikinis... 5 months ago

Giving myself about 6 months to do this…about summer time here in Australia.

I don’t have a pair of bikinis now so I could start looking for a nice pair. Hopefully made from organic cotton which now a lot of the surf shops here are supplying t-shirts made out of organic cotton !!!

I love my body…I allow my body to return to its natural vibrant health.

Acckk, I hope this works out well!!

I may be going to Asia this summer and might be going to Japan again! I’ve gone before and a lot of the guys were cute there! I want to go there and impress some. ;D

But not only that- the girls in Asia are so skinny and flat..the last time I was there, I was so envious and couldn’t enjoy my trip to the fullest because I was so jealous. If I can complete this goal…then maybe I’ll be able to enjoy my new body and be completely comfortable with myself. :) I’m going to make this work!

My fitness plan: 6 months ago

Eating: I can only have soda every other day, drink tons of water and eat lots of fruits and veggies. Smoothies instead of icecream. Eat less meat.

Excercise: Forty minutes or an hour of belly dance, crunches, squats, bridge, leg extensions, calf-raisers and push-ups five days a week. Swimming on the other two.

It’s a very vague plan but I’ve been doing it for about two weeks now and I can already see visible results and I feel a lot better! I’m looking much more toned. It’s not a diet, it’s a lifestyle change! Hopefully by the time I have to put on a bikini there’ll have been enough of a change that I won’t feel 100% awful about myself.

I love chocolate too much and I need to get rid of the flab tone up my lower abs which all the choc goes onto and hit the bikini baby

Loving my body.... 7 months ago

I am loving my body more every day & not just to fit into bikinis (this is really just symbolic of wearing the least amount of clothes & to not feel uncomfortable about how one looks or the need to cover up), but to feel free & to just feel happy inside & outside without the need to be perfect.

Just happy, healthy & free. I am 1% body & 99% spirit.

Peaceful healthy body... 7 months ago

I am committing to gym classes, aerobics, walking, toning exercises and eating healthy.

I have recently read an article to balance out hormones to help breasts to be healthy and to grow to their ‘correct’ size. It is a mixture of various herbs etc.

So, bikini worthy body is getting there gradually.
