redecorate my apartment

I’ve been wanting to do this for over a year, always procrastinating with excuses (don’t have time, this apartment is temporary, whatever), but i feel like i finally need a cool and inspiring place to chill after a hard working day…

Things i need to do:
- Get a small bookshelf
- Print some posters, and decorate my walls with them
- Make my shelfs prettier
- Get a small table for the products on the bathroom
- Reorganize my closet
- Get some pretty candles
- Get some pretty wrapping for my boxes

For now, more ideas later…

i’m getting ready to achieve this by:
1-making a list of all the things i want to change (color scheme,some furniture)
2-buy some pieces of furniture (coffe table,ikea bookscases,a chair)
3-i need to paint one piece (console table)
4- make some decorative pillows
5-find window treatments
6-i want to hang up some pictures (need to choose them) and cubicle shelves to display some knick-knacks
7-add some plants
i think i covered everything,i find that make a list make me see more clearly what i need to do

not really this fancy but it looks perfect for my apartment…

i just wanna to redecorate places in my apartment and especially my living room and i wanna help in this

all i’ve done so far is surf the net for ideas but still, i can’t seem to find something that suits my need. but, i should be getting there…

I’ve been thinking about sprucing up my apartment. Mine looks drab and boring right now and it could really use a couple of perk-me-up things. My aparment also reminds me of what my life is right now: almost there, but not quite. I also want my aparment to be a showcase of what I have achieved so far. Seeing my aparment come to life with the things that I have been salivating over gives me a sense of purpose, shallow as it may seem. :-)

i’ve decided on a beach theme for the bedroom and a “volcano/earth” (reds/brown/blk/orange/yellow) one for the living room.

now if i can just get the money to make it happen…

It’s great to see the result of my efforts. I am very pleased with how things turned out. It’s homely but still chic. The right combo for me.

I still have the redecorating of the bedroom on the list.
I have planned to do that within 3 months from now.

All this redecorating has alread cost a lot of money….

But then again the biggest part is done now..YEAH ;-)

Finally, I have started with the walls. All of the wallpaper needs to come off.

On saturday friends are coming over to help me. I think it will be fun to do this together.

I am very excited to see if my ideas coem alive.

I am now gonna set a date. Hopefully this will help.
Before June 1st I wanna be done with this goal.
