I have a string of floss in my mouth right now as I’m typing this hang on let me cover one tooth…. it’s pretty addicting but makes my teeth feel loose after…
I’ve started being more consistent in the last two weeks. twice- three times this last week was a major accomplishment. gums feel a bit healthier. lots of bleeding initially though.

I floss every day, but it only takes up my time, hurts my gums, and gets rid of minimal food particles. I’d rather gargle…
