I realize that I am being way to hard on myself. To stop totally is almost ridiculous. Especially if I only eat out 2-3 times a week. That is probably half of what everyone else does.

Sunday – Lunch: Opps. Dinner: Made dinner with friends, Pork Chops, Corn, and Potatoes. Pie.
Monday – Lunch: ate at Ryans with a friend, but it was free because her husband works there. Dinner: Made dinner with friends, Lasagna. Cake.
Tuesday – Lunch: brought and ate a BBQ sandwich. Dinner: I didn’t have any. Opps. I had a “liquid dinner” because Wednesday (today) is my husband’s birthday.
Wednesday – Lunch: brought and ate a BBQ sandwich. Dinner: I will probably go out with Mack for his birthday.
Monday – lunch was soup I brought, cooked beef stirfry at night
Tuesday – ate beef stirfry for lunch, cooked chix parm at night
Wed – ate chix parm for lunch, went out with my dad for dinner to a chinese restaurant.
Today (Thurs) – ate chinese for lunch.
