redo my kitchen

We’ve added an addition, redone our bedroom and the main bathroom, but my kitchen looks like it was left out! I need to raise the money but business sucks~

I’ve drawn up the floor plan, found deals and purchased the following: vintage metal kitchen cabinets and sink, jenn aire built-in oven, cook top, cork floors, grohe faucet. Still need the backsplash, lighting, fridge (I need a narrow, tall, energy efficient fridge like the SMEG or VestFrost, or the Siemens with separate units to fit in where you need them). A window replaced so that the sink will fit under it, lighting plan and fixtures, exhaust hood.

dont waste your money if it’s not neccessary, watch out for cowboys!

I am going to work on it after the kids go to bed. If I do the whole thing and then just have my husband help me move the fridge I can probably do it in about 2 nights.

Lat weekend we did the cabinets. Now we just need to add the new handles to the drawers and then do the floor. -I am so proud, it looks great.

we just don’t have the time or the money or the man power. I will just have to learn to like panelling instead.

It has paneling on the walls – enough said.
