learn basic sewing and mending

I’ve done more mending now, and its totally worth it. It used to be that something would get a small hole, or a tear, and it would go into “outgoing,” but not anymore. The only problem might be that now I’ll end up wearing clothes until they actually wear out, which could take a few years too many!

I forgot this was even on my list, but I just made fancy pillow cases a week or so ago, and I’ve mended several pairs of pants with ripped holes, as well as reattached several buttons to various objects of clothing. I think I’m good on all fronts, but the pant seams I re-sew looked considerably off, so I’ll go ahead and leave it here for a bit longer.
