Motown82 Is on to the next one.
Damn. I can’t get past 4 now because I’ve been working more than I’ve been working out. But there has been an interesting development since I have tried to complete this goal.. that is, I can now do a one handed push up! I never could do that before! Also I can curl 100 pounds three to four times! Now this is nice but it’s not what I was working for. I guess I gained weight so I can’t lift myself as easily, but I don’t want to make excuses. 10 will be my holy grail! 10 in a row that is I can do 10 total, no sweat, with breaks.
