write with a fountain pen

I received a present of a Waterman fountain pen, and at first I didn’t want to write with it because it seemed “too fancy” and I didn’t want to wear it out. Much like a fine piece of art that should be in a museum. But then I realized I really should make use of it! It’s meant to be used, after all! So I’ve been using it for several years now, and I must say it’s one of the best pens I’ve ever used. I never thought it would make a difference, but it writes so smoothly and clearly. I love it now!
