rent a house

I need to find a house within the month. I have my heart set on one already. I want it so bad, but I’m nervous. There’s a lot of people who are trying to get it. I need to stay positive….

Who knew finding a rent house would be so hard? There are very few around this area, BUT I did find one that is so BEAUTIFUL!!! It’s an older house but everything inside has been completely remodeled. Hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances. Its perfect for us. I want this house sooo bad!!! I stopped by and talked to the owners today and it went really well. The only things is that they’d rather sell it, than rent it. So hopefully no one will want to buy, it then it will be all mine!!!!

...I’m hoping a townhouse can qualify as a house as we’ve just recently moved from our little apartment in downtown Portland to this nice big townhouse in Beaverton & I couldn’t be happier! :D &&& we have our own nice big front patio and little yard. I’m definitely looking forward to learning a little bit about gardening. With one goal completed, other goals just seem to follow, don’t they? :D

... and yet so far. Turned in the credit apps and the pay stubs to my roommates.. Waiting to get the results from the landlady. I hope this doesn’t take too long. I’m so excited and overly anxious. I need to mooooove it.

Since I gotta move out, I might as well move UP … I’m collaberating with two other friends who are interested in the same thing, so here we go… Any suggestions on how to go about it?

Well we tryed to get a loan to buy a home and they only approved us for 80 grand thats not enough at all they wont count my self-employment for 2 years thats dumb but anyways now we will be looking for a house to rent we will be putting in our 60 days on June 1st and hopefully find something within the 60 days so we can get out of this roach infested apartment.

Definately worth it..even if just for the peace an quiet(if you get a quiet neighborhood).I worked and saved almost every penny and looked for 3months until it felt right..it did and here I am! It’s much quieter..Haven’t quite finished decorating/furnishing..but it is a big difference and I love it and so do my kids.

hello my name is lisa motil and im 25 years old i have 3 children.iam looking to rent a home for my family.

Im needing to get out of this roach infested apartment we moved into 2 months ago if we can not be approved for a home loan or the NC down payment program we will be renting a house hopefully find something by the end of summer because I will be putting in my 60 day notice on June 1st.

Something i really need to do. In order to do this though i need to get a proper income and be stable enough to look after myself.

Then finally i can adopt a greyhound (must make sure i move into a place where they allow pets) and have my own garden.

This goal will be very exciting to complete i think!
