Because I should. I know that it is unrealistic for me to live without medication, and I do not want this on my list as a constant reminder. For me this list should be about things that I possess the power to change, and after several months off my medication, I have come to realize that at least for now I do not possess the power to change this.

There hasn’t been any medication so far that has helped. So I went off my old medication and I have had 2 bad pain flare ups. Dunno, what next. I may try a new medication that is just out, well if my doc will do it :P. If not …I guess i just keep trying to manage. I like not having to take anything though, if only these good days would last.
It honestly depends on why you have medication and how the medication makes you feel. I was taking it for schizophrenia, and instead of taking my medication I just made sure I felt safe all the time. I’m more awake, more personable, and hallucination-free!
Icko I’m on Nuerontin for fibromyalgia and I hate it…but it’s a damned if I do damned if I don’t thing…I’m in pain or feeling sick if I don’t take it, and get slammed with side effects (mainly feeling like i’m drunk, like the bad feelings of being drunk anyway lol) if I do take it.
