I started doing this 13 months ago

But feel like there are huge gaps.
But it’s been fun restoring them in photoshop back to more of their original look and then printing them out.

Its not B & W 19 months ago

but i did find a picture from maybe 1990 from when the whole family flew to California to spend Christmas with Grama. Its a nice picture of all of us….So I thought i’d blow up some copies, buy some nice frames and give one to each of my siblings and one to my parents. A nice way to remember Grama this Christmas…first one we won’t have her here. She will be missed :(

After my Grama passed away and the family was at dinner after her memorial, a scrap book/photo album of hers was passed around. Lots of pics i’d never seen before. A beautiful black and white wedding photo of my Grama and Poppa, with Grama looking happily at him. And one of Grama when she was in her twenties, one that my mom says she can really see me and my brother and sister in her. :) I must copy them and frame them soon.

Been going through old family photos 23 months ago

ever since my Grama passed on Sunday looking for pictures of her, celebrating her life, to put together a Memorial DVD and website. Found a few lovely black and white ones that i really want to blow up and hang in my house. My dad found a little album full of B&W’s of my Grama as a toddler that i would love to frame and I also found a pic of my 18 year old Dad in full Air Force uniform posing in front of a plane. I’ll continue to look for more.

Went to my boyfriends house yesterday too and noticed they have a lot of really nice old pics hanging up in the living room.

I want one room to be nothing but old family photos….color and b&w, but i do prefer b&w. :)

Just another project i’d like to start.
