Had my quiet time with God on the beach today. The scene across the sparkling waters, the distant mountains, and the blue sky just made God seem more real. What an awesome Creator. Meditated on Ezekiel 36:22-32 today—it’s for people who are stuck in a rut and need a fresh new start. God will give us a new heart and a new Spirit as long as we’re willing to accept it.
The 2 verses I memorized – Ezekiel 36:26-27
Then went for a walk along the shores w/ my i-pod playing praise and worship songs. Then I came home fresh =]

I spent some time in God’s presence today and did more worship than usual. Praise songs by Hillsongs, Bethany Dillon, and my favorites: Matt Redman & Casting Crowns.
We are to rejoice in our trials and tribulations because that’s what it takes to focus on God. That’s what saves us. He uses that to mature and complete us. As long as we keep our eyes on Him for hope and life.

Good one this morning with Joel Osteen’s video sermon on his website—controlling your weaknesses. Pray for ability to resist temptation AHEAD of time. Feed inner man, not just the outer man. Don’t leave the house in morning w/o time w/ God so He can equip you for the day!

Daniel 2:24-47
This is a story of when Daniel went to the King to interpret his dream, that not even the wise men & magicians could do. But this ordinary Daniel could. Why? Because he PRAYED and leaned on GOD. He invited God into his drama & sought for God’s adivce and insight.
I need to invite God into every area of my life and open my ears so i can listen. That’s why reading the Bible is so important.. to hear God’s voice. They’re God’s letters to ME. I wont worry, but I will pray and lean on God instead.
DOG—Depend on God.
