I’ve purchased my first bottle of multi as well as some extra vitamin C, iron, B vitamins, and Calcium with magnesium
now to just remember to take them

I’m going to mark this as Done. I’ve managed to make it a habit over the past two months. Even on the rare occasion that I don’t eat dinner at home (see “eat at home more often”), I’ve still remembered to take my vitamin when I got home.

Well every morning I take one with my breakfast and it is pretty easy to remember and I have noticed that my energy levels are a lot higher – sometimes I will forget to take it and by the afternoon I can totally tell! I will be dragging and tired as well as kind of grouchy. I totally recommed taking one each day – there are a lot of them out there – I take One a Day – All Day Energy – and it does just what the name says. One thing I have noticed is you really do have to take them with food – otherwise I get a little sick and not feeling well. It reminds me to eat my breakfast which is also important.

I’m convinced I do get energy from the vitamins. I forgot to take mine this morning and I was listless all day. I may still take just the multi-vitamin, with dinner, but the bvits would keep me up. I’ll take the fishoil too, for good measure.

I’ve been remembering to take my vitamins. Perhaps not coincidentally, I’ve had a good few days, all in a row. I’m trying to get my schedule together, and this helps.
