Watch all the movies I own that I've never seen

Everytime I see a bargain on dvd’s I just can’t help myself. I’ll admit, lately I’ve been good because within the past month I’ve bought a ton of new movies all at discount price and have watched them within a couple days of buying them. A local video store is recently going out of business and were selling dvd’s for $2 each so I couldn’t resist and bought 21 Grams, Cool and The Crazy, American Psycho 2, Bob the Butler, Josie and The Pussycats, and the list goes on.

I’ve just had a very small number sitting in my collection for only about forever that I’ve just never been in the mood to watch-

K-Pax
Fight Club
The Motorcycle Diaries
Kids
Cruel Intentions 2

Funny in a way how we often think of DVD as a source of entertainment yet when one makes it a task have watched all of one’s DVDs at least once that changes in a way. I found out that as a whole I find movies to be enjoyable but overrated so I can see the number of DVDs that I buy going down a lot. Not to say that I will never buy a DVD again just that they will be fewer in number and even more carefully screened than before.

I just made this List of Bests List to track my progress for this goal. A few of you might notice that a few of the movies were listed as being watched under other goals so let me explain. For the purpose of this goal it only counts if I have actually watched the DVD copy that I own, so the movies that I rented and liked enough to buy do not count as being watched till I also watch my copy of it.

I just counted and I have 16 DVDs that I own but haven’t watched yet, so it looks like I need to be doing something about it.

EDIT – Fixed mistake in first count where a few multiple case movies got double counted.

So I added more to this goal- the video store across the street from where I work was having a 3 for $20 deal, so I bought two new movies I’ve never seen (Disturbia & A Guide to Recognizing Your Saints), along with one for my friend. But GAH, I never find the time to watch them!

So I have left- Donnie Darko, Fight Club, Final Destination 2, A Guide To Recognizing Your Saints, The King, The Motorcycle Diaries, and Cruel Intentions 2.

Maybe I can knock another one out in the next couple days.
