turn my handwriting into a font

I found some software that will create ttf font files, so I think if I scan in my handwriting and create images out of it, it’ll put it together as a font for me. I haven’t really messed around with it, so we’ll see!

I remember having to take a couple of lettering classes in art school. This was before computers and we had to do everything with ink on vellum. I’m sure that creating a typeface these day requires graphic programs that I don’t know how to use.
