try sweet potato french fries

They were delicious! Although, I have to say, I could only eat so many before the novelty wore off and they were just a bit squidgy!

I made the baked kind with homemade cajun spice YUM! They are really good! :) More crispie is better.

Glad I tried them, they were ok.
Maybe I will try them again someday.

...but rather greasy, although I blame that on the cafe where I bought them…the same cafe I work at, actually. XD

I had never even heard of sweet potato fries until I ran across a reference to them online. Yeah, I lead a sheltered existence. I had been wanting to try them ever since.

Anyways, they were quite yummy…and maybe I’ll eventually try to make some myself. I’m sure they would probably turn out less greasy.
