I’ve fallen off the exercise wagon in a big way over the past 4 months and have really started to see the effects in my energy and mood, so it’s time to get back on the horse (so to speak). Here’s my plan:
Include only activities that I like, including cycling, walking, gardening, basketball, weightlifting, etc.
Wear a pedometer for extra inspiration
Find a way to be accountable to someone (I haven’t figure this one out yet)
Create a weekly routine that is interesting and reliable
I don’t love the idea of joining a gym, but if the above doesn’t work, then that will be my next step! I look forward to learning more about the ways my fellow goal-setters accomplish this task, too! 4 months ago
